About the event
Join us for the Ultimate Unwind and kick start some R&R for the weekend.
We'll begin the evening on the 4th floor with some gentle movement followed by a sound bath guided by Kelly Maher. During the sound bath, prepare to experience a delicious connection between body and mind, allowing stress to melt away. Post class, join us in the cocktail lounge for music, light bites and specialty cocktails.
This will be one event you will not want to miss.
Please bring a yoga mat and water.
